This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.

You Only Live Once (YOLO) boasts eight bedrooms and eight and one half baths. Come enjoy one of the best vacation rental homes that rests oceanside on South Ocean Boulevard. This amazing house is 5,800 heated square feet revealing three levels of a dreamy view of the Atlantic Ocean. The humongous living room boasts plenty of seating to gather around the 60" flatscreen CCTV for a night of comedy movies. The oceanfront master bedroom at this house is known for romance and elegance. Listen to the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep each evening of your vacation. As a fellow beach house owner, i'll be harsh, but for the better of this phenomenal property. we hosted a 50th birthday golf weekend for 16 people at this property - what a place! first of all, the pictures suck! meaning, they don't do this place justice to how much better it actually is, tell the owner to get a frickin decent photographer! We loved this house!!!!!!!!!!
My family returned to this property after a 4 year hiatus. Property was still in great shape and we arrived with a bigger family this time.It was still very accommodating with more people. Elliott reality was there for any issues at property, thx for your professionalism.
